The Role
FDM is currently seeking a number of high-calibre French speaking graduates, or individuals with equivalent experience, with the drive to work in software development, application support or business analysis / PMO, to join their award-winning graduate programme and spend a minimum of 2 years in the heart of Paris or the UK, as an FDM IT Consultant.
Successful candidates will receive intense technical training (approximately 16 weeks) in various tools and technologies, in either FDM’s London or Manchester Academy. Once training is completed, trainees will become FDM Consultants working on a consultancy basis with key clients of FDM in either the UK or Paris.
Candidates should be confident with their communication in both English and French and be willing to take ownership of responsibilities in a mature, results oriented manner. We are looking for candidates who will thrive in a multi-cultural environment as a pro-active member of the team.
Fast-track career progression is key and this programme will reward candidates with invaluable commercial experience, putting candidates on a path leading into senior IT roles.
Criteria
Suitable applicants will speak fluent French and English and will possess an IT or numerical science degree with a minimum 2.1 grade, or equivalent experience. We will also accept applications from those studying French as a language who have the aptitude and drive to launch a career in IT.
